MICROSOFT TO LAUNCH WINDOWS 8 CONSUMER PREVIEW ON FEBRUARY 29TH

Microsoft will reportedly offer the first ‘consumer preview’ of Windows 8 at an event scheduled to be held on February 29th at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.

The company launched the developer preview in September 2011. This is still the pre-release version of the software and will probably be available as a free download. In that case, it might come with an expiry date. This version is
