I'm infrequently a fan of the "one size fits all" kind of products, so I won't say that this mount is perfect for everyone... but I will say that it's close to perfect for our car (a Honda Fit) and our phones (a Nexus 5, and a Samsung Galaxy S5). The mount expands to be wide enough even for my husband's enormous Samsung. We use Waze a lot in the car for navigation, and this mount makes it feel SO much safer!



A couple small complaints: as other reviewers have mentioned, you do have to use two hands to get the phone on and off the mount. This isn't ideal, but keeps you honest when you're driving.



I also worry about how this will hold up when the vents are actually blowing hot air. The rubberized plastic of the mount that slides between the vent's blades seems like it may not age well. This makes me think that while this is a clever design, is should probably cost about half of what it does.



Those concerns aside, I gotta say I love this thing. It makes navigating while driving feel SO much safer, keeping my eyes up and on the road, instead of looking down at my phone in a cup holder or on the seat next to me.
