DELL INTRODUCES LATITUDE ST WINDOWS TABLET

Dell has officially introduced its 10 inch business tablet called Latitude ST. Dell is yet to unveil the official specs-sheet of the tablet, but according to an Italian website it will have a 1.5GHz Intel Atom Z670 single core processor, 2GB of RAM and a 10.1 inch LED display with 1280 x 800 pixels. The display is coated with Gorilla Glass.

The 7 inch ViewSonic ViewPad 7e Android tablet will start shipping this month for $200.
At that price point it costs just as much as the Amazon Kindle.

Lenovo is the latest big name company to launch a sub $200 Android tablet. The Lenovo IdeaPad A1 has a $199 price tag. It will reportedly start shipping on October 27th.

Gateway has launched what looks like a rebranded version of the Acer Iconia Tab A500. The only major difference between the two models is that this model has a Gateway logo on it.
