More details about the HTC Puccini, the tablet that will sell as HTC JetStream on AT&T's network, have emerged.
As we have already heard, it will have a 1.5GHz dual core Qualcomm processor, a 1280 x 800 pixels display and Android Honeycomb operating system. The Jetstream / Puccini, by the way, is HTC's first Honeycomb tablet. It will also support AT&T's new LTE network.

Toshiba 10.1 inch Android Slate Details Revealed
The tablet integrates a 10.1 inch display, with the same resolution as the Moto Xoom, 1280 x 800 pixels. Upfront you’ll find a 2 megapixel camera, while at the back there’s a 5 megapixel camera and under the hood you’ll find the classic Nvidia
WiFi b/g/n, Bluetooth and USB 2.0 also find their way to the specs of the Toshiba device, plus an SD card slot and HDMI port. The battery is user-changeable, as well as the rubberized back panel. Toshiba will also launch a docking station for the product, that will add extra connectivity ports to it.
Look for the product in stores in H1 2011, although that’s pretty vague…

Sony has been talking about two new Android tablets for a while. The Sony S1 tablet has a 9.4 inch display while the S2 tablet has a pair of 5.5 inch displays. It looks like those were code names.
